For the third time in a row, Aspen Bad Oldesloe has passed the “Work and Family” audit and has been recognized for its sustained commitment to improving work-life balance - with distinction.
HR Manager Susanne Blaue reports: “Our experience in the area of mobile working has enabled us to send many colleagues to work from home quickly and easily during the coronavirus pandemic.” In the current assessment, numerous employees were asked specifically about the balance between work and family life.
The additional “with distinction” award underlines the company's ongoing commitment to work-life balance. The certificate serves as proof of the quality of the plant's family-friendly personnel and corporate policy. For the company, employees' families include not only their biological, adopted and stepchildren, but also their partners, parents and siblings. The focus here is on measures that concentrate on childcare and support for employees with relatives in need of care.
