Located between Luebeck and Hamburg, we started our manufacturing operations at the Bad Oldesloe site in 1973. In 2009, the site was acquired by Aspen. With a 170-year heritage, Aspen has become a global player in Pharma in recent years and is deemed No.1 manufacturer of generic drug products in the southern hemisphere.
Our site located in the North of Germany is one of the main exporting sites within Aspen’s global network which comprises 23 production sites on 6 continents in total. Our just about 500 talented employees at site are currently producing high quality Rx drug products which are supplied to about 150 countries.

More space for high-tech
Aspen has strengthened the Bad Oldesloe site with an investment of 3.45 million euros and created an additional production area in which a new high-tech system for medicines in ampoules is in operation, significantly increasing production volumes.
