Our company is a member of HanseBelt e.V. and as such we are actively engaged in shaping the economic area of the German state of Schleswig-Holstein which is at the same time an attractive area to live in. Moreover, we are supporting local initiatives for our employees to better reconcile family and job.

Our employees profit from the tariff for the chemical industry in Schleswig-Holstein. This includes many social benefits like a regular 37.5-hours-working-week, 30 days of annual vacation, company pension scheme, occupational disability insurance, and supplementary long-term care insurance. Apart from attractive salaries, a 13th month’s salary, vacation pay and a future pay are applicable for our employees.

VAt the site, we take care for our employees by providing free hot drinks, attractive breakfast with fresh bakery & snacks and every day two different lunch meals as well as fresh salad. We support the lunch prices for our colleagues financially allowing every employee to eat every day at prices much lower than what we need to pay for to our canteen service provider. It goes without saying that we offer this service for our colleagues who work in 3-shifts as well during their daily breaks outside the typical lunch time.

To ensure that our employees can manage their daily time for their job and their time to everyone’s favor, we are offering to our office colleagues who are not working in the 3-shift-system a flexitime model without core working hours and the option to partially work from home as well. Moreover, have introduced a lifetime working time account which can be used for a sabbatical for example.

For families, we are also offering free-of-charge emergency care service for children and we have a cooperation which assists our employees with their aged relatives.

Our apprentices are typically taken on as permanent employees, but also for trainees and students we offer attractive entry opportunities into a permanent job and for this purpose we have started the “Intouch”-initiative dedicated to this topic.
